The central four-storey building is envisioned as the Health Spa Clinic & Medical Research Center—a focused facility for qualified research, supervised therapeutic programs and specialist care.
The planned complex is set within exceptionally beautiful land in an ecologically preserved South Adriatic environment. The illustrated terrain is approximately faithful to the actual topography.
The larger hotel is positioned farther across the gently descending terrain and oriented toward the sea. This separation gives the clinic a calm working environment while allowing the hospitality component to serve longer stays, companions, visiting specialists and wellness guests.
The name Health Spa Panacea describes the complete destination, not only one building.
